CUT THE FIGHT PROGRAM

Our obesity program includng support groups offering nutrituional guidance, exercise plans, have supported individuals living healthier lives. This two-tiered program is designed to address the national obesity crisis.

PROGRAM FOCUS

MUSCLE TONE:  Age appropriate, simple exercises for everyone from children to seniors. 

BODY FUEL:  Education on sensible shopping and meal preparation. Special consideration for special dietary needs.
